Nathan is an associate at Lister-Beaupré practising in all areas of civil litigation. Nathan was raised in Ottawa and obtained his law degree from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law.

Before joining Lister-Beaupré, Nathan worked as a criminal defence lawyer. Nathan completed his articles of clerkship with a prominent criminal defence firm in Ottawa where he worked on many high-profile cases. After being called to the Bar, Nathan practiced as a criminal defence lawyer in Ottawa. He represented clients charged with criminal and regulatory offences across the East Region and beyond. Nathan gained invaluable advocacy experience defending his clients at their most vulnerable in the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice of Ontario, and the Court of Québec.

In law school, Nathan volunteered with the Ticket Defence Program, and the Refugee Law Clinic. Nathan was also a caseworker with the University of Ottawa Community Legal Clinic in the Criminal Law Division.
