Lauren was born in Montreal but grew up in multiple cities across Canada. Her father’s military career allowed her to experience life on both the Atlantic and Pacific coasts of Canada.

Lauren completed her Bachelor of Arts in Toronto at Glendon College, York University. There she chaired the Peer Review Board and volunteered as a University Tribunal member. Her interest in mental health and disability rights motivated her to create an on-campus advocacy and peer support club for students with disabilities.

Lauren received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Ottawa and was called to the bar in June 2022. As a lawyer, Lauren is pragmatic and adaptable.

Outside of law, Lauren enjoys kayaking, cycling, hiking, and exploring the various city festivals.
