Hilary ChungLawyer

Hilary was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2016. She joined Lister Beaupré in October 2018 and practices in the areas of labour and employment law, personal injury and general civil litigation. She has a particular interest in equality and human rights law.

Hilary has acted for clients at all levels of Ontario Court and in front of several administrative tribunals including the Social Benefits Tribunal and the Licence Appeal Tribunal. She is also experienced in alternative modes of dispute resolution, such as mediation.

Hilary received her Juris Doctor from the University of Western Ontario after completing her Bachelor of Science (Hons) at Queen’s University. During her time at Western, Hilary was involved in the law school’s community legal clinic as a supervisor.

Hilary is a member of the County of Carleton Law Association and the Ottawa Advocacy Club.

When not in Court or in the office, you can find Hilary exploring Gatineau Park, training for a triathlon or planning her next trip.
