Danesh Rana is originally from St. John’s, Newfoundland. He attended Memorial University, obtaining a degree in Chemistry and a minor in Math. He then attended the University of New Brunswick for law school.
Danesh was called to the Ontario Bar in January 2008 and opened his own firm. Prior to joining Lister-Beaupré, Danesh worked for two other law firms. His practice consists mainly in civil litigation, with an emphasis on employment law, personal injury and insurance work. Danesh has appeared before the Ontario Court of Appeal, Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Court, and various tribunals.
In his spare time Danesh enjoys basketball, squash, ‘attempting’ to golf, and playing in a trivia league.
